“Habla” 

“Habla” is a documentary series that focuses on the US Latino experience, and one of the longest running shows on HBO history (2003-2022). The show explores issues of bilingualism, multiculturalism and assimilation through interviews with celebrities and regular people. The show has featured Lin Manuel Miranda, Dolores Huerta, Justina Machado, Olympic champion Laurie Hernandez, Charo, José Andrés, Diane Guerrero, Lisa Garcia-Quiroz, Soledad O’Brien, Residente, Xiuhtezcatl Martinez, Wilson Cruz, Carla Morrison, Rita Moreno, and Danny Trejo among many others. Created and directed by Alberto Ferreras.
